Frank Sinatra's grandson is being treated in a California hospital after what's believed to have been a failed suicide attempt. The reclusive 32-year-old son of Frank Sinatra Jr., also named Frank, swallowed too many pills but was conscious when authorities responded to a 911 call from his home, law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

Sinatra's father is the son of the singer and his first wife, Nancy. Sinatra Jr. pursued a musical career, but never achieved headliner status or escaped comparison to Ol' Blue Eyes. He was kidnapped at age 19, but released after his father paid a $240,000 ransom. (More Frank Sinatra stories.)
