(User Submitted) – To a man like Wayne Burwell, a 34 year old track star and personal trainer, a diagnosis of a debilitating medical condition probably seemed horrifying. However, in the town of Wilder, VT, he was soon to find out that his condition would make living there much worse than it had to be. Due to ta condition that was causing Burwell's glucose levels to crash, he was rendered unconscious while using his restroom, where a housekeeper mistook him for a burglar and notified the authorities. When the police officers arrived on the scene, Burwell was handcuffed and pepper sprayed before being questioned. His neighbors, who tried to tell the arresting officers that Burwell was indeed the homeowner, were threatened with arrest for interfering with police business. The ACLU is investigating. Moolah paid by who Brass? You and me because of some a hole cops; that's fair. This is a travesty and may say alot about how blacks are treated in the Northeast. Heck, let's have another beer summit and call it good. This is just plain sad and my heart goes out to this gentleman. ACLU smells payday and we all are jumping on rubbing our hands greedily as if this is going to do anything to make things better. I say pay the guy a days wages, hammer the cops if proved they did something wrong, and make them all attend sensitivity training or some type of training to prevent this crap from happening again. Use the money the ACLU wants to make off of this to pay for the training. Since when did a bad situation turn into winning the lottery? Man we are sad.

Oh yeah... Bigtime lawsuit! The ACLU should win this poor guy enough moola to never have to worry again... Maybe even enough to have the best Docs in the world to find a cure for him? I wish him all the best. And, I hope the the stupid "police brutality" cops do time for this one.
