Tearful White House gatecrasher Michaele Salahi charges she was subjected to "outrageous abuse" by Whoopi Goldberg after her appearance on The View yesterday. Whoopi "was screaming and dropping the F-bomb many, many times," she charged. Salahi was trying to plug her new spot on the Real Housewives of DC when Goldberg stepped out from backstage and appeared to poke her in the arm as she told Salahi to move on to talk about her experience crashing a State Dinner at the White House.

Salahi seemed unnerved and mentioned being touched. After the broadcast, she complained she had been hit, reports the Daily Beast. Then, backstage, she said Goldberg confronted her, saying: “I didn’t f***ing hit you! Did you say I f***ing hit you?" ABC issued a statement calling the claim Salahi had been hit "completely unfounded and erroneous," and that "Whoopi defended herself verbally from this baseless claim in a heated exchange." The View had been instructed not to refer to Salahi as a gatecrasher, said her attorney.
