Prop 8 Ruling Tough for Supreme Court to Overturn

Judge Vaughn Walker's findings are extensive, well-reasoned

(Newser) – Judge Vaughn Walker’s masterfully written ruling striking down Proposition 8 “was written for a court of one,” namely Anthony Kennedy, writes Dahlia Lithwick of Slate. Walker quotes extensively from Kennedy’s own findings (see Quotes, left), and his “findings of fact” section “knits together the trial evidence … to the nerves at the very base of Justice Kennedy’s brain.” These findings are so rigorous that “it’s hard to read Judge Walker’s opinion without sensing that what really won out was science, methodology, and hard work.”

That’s important, because appellate courts often ignore findings of law, but give deference to findings of fact. Walker's findings are so well reasoned that they’ll make it much harder for the Supreme Court to overturn the decision, one law professor tells the New York Times, adding, “This opinion shows why district courts matter.” But another law professor doubts it. “We’ve seen time and time again that the Supreme Court can do whatever it wants,” he said.

People need to know what's really going on in the world. However, there's a crucial component that the public needs to be made aware of: "gender-bending chemicals" in the environment. These "endocrine disruptor's" are in everything we eat and drink, and in the air and the ground. They are in our furniture, carpets, cleaning products, children's toys and anything made of plastic. It is these toxins that affect the human body like estrogen, changing brain formation of developing fetuses while in the womb. This is why gay people say all the time, "I was born gay." These chemicals, bis phenol A, pthalates and countless others, are driving the LGBT phenomenon. The sooner this comes to light in the publics' eyes, the sooner people will begin to understand that the LGBT community is not to be ridiculed, persecuted or reviled. The sooner the LGBT community finds this out, the sooner they will have the answers they have been looking for as to "Why was I born this way?" Then there will be less self-loathing, families may be more understanding, and maybe even fewer suicides as a result. The public really needs to be made aware of the gender-bending chemicals/ LGBT connection. Then we can all understand that this is an "environmentally driven phenomenon" that affects all of us as a human family. Google "endocrine disruptor's," "testicular disgenesis" and "gender-bending chemicals." You'll be able to see the connection.
