Drunk Pregnant Woman Tries to Rob Taco Joint

What's worse: Being drunk and pregnant, being drunk and pregnant and needing drug money, or being unable to get your weapon out of your pocket mid-robbery? A La Crosse, Wisc., woman—inebriated, with child, and in need of drug money—was arrested Tuesday night after trying to rob Taco John's. "I want a soft shell, and this is a stickup. Give me all your money," Julie Bailey allegedly told the cashier. Except she couldn't get her hammer out of her shorts.

The suspect, described as wearing an oversized floral shirt, fled, but was apprehended minutes later and charged with attempted armed robbery and obstructing officers. The officers recovered pink and white slippers they believe were used in the crime, notes the La Crosse Tribune.
