So the earth can fart so hard it takes down aircraft? I'm impressed! But maybe mother nature just needs some Beano!

The hydrate theory has been around a long time but has some holes so saying it "solves the mystery" is a bit of a leap. It doesn't explain compasses going crazy, planes going the wrong way, entire flights disappearing in sight of land and other such.
