Mel Gibson is, for a change, in the news because of an actual car crash instead of the trainwreck that has become his life. A rep for the actor says he's doing "fine" after losing control of his 2008 Maserati and hitting a rocky hillside in Malibu on Sunday night, People reports. Police say DUI isn't suspected—and Gibson "was extremely cooperative, he was a gentleman." "This has been ruled an accident," says an officer. "It could've happened to anyone."
