(Newser) – The result of the bidding war between tech giants Microsoft, Google and Yahoo as to who will own a large investment stake in the social networking site Facebook is still not clear, but an answer may be forthcoming: an all-hands meeting for the young company has been called for Tuesday, meaning the company may be on the verge of disclosure, reports the gossip site Valleywag.

Organizers of a Facebook developers' conference, also scheduled for Tuesday, became aware of the meeting when they were notified that due to the unexpected all-hands their keynote speaker, a Facebook employee, would be unable to attend. Founder Mark Zuckerberg said last week at the Web 2.0 Summit that his company was on the verge of closing a deal.
