Trayvon Martin shooter may have been attacked
(NEWSER) - Maybe George Zimmerman sustained head injuries on that fateful night after all, Huffington Post reports. Video of Zimmerman at the Sanford police station, enhanced for ABC News , shows what could be an injury on the back of his head. In Zimmerman's account , Trayvon Martin attacked him from behind, punched him, and slammed his head into the sidewalk. ABC reporter Matt Gutman describes the marks as "a pair of gashes or welts."
