Gone Too Far features Goldstein as mentor to drug addicts

(NEWSER) - MTV intends to air a drug-intervention reality show starring the late Adam Goldstein, better known as DJ AM. In Gone Too Far, Goldstein plays sober mentor to addicts. Given Goldstein’s recent death from a drug overdose, MTV was concerned the show could be seen as hypocritical or exploitative, but ultimately decided that the unique circumstances could strengthen its anti-drug message, sources tell the Hollywood Reporter. (NEWSER) - Crazed hip-hopper Kanye West stormed the stage last night during Taylor Swift's speech accepting her MTV award for Best Female Video to plug Beyoncé's video. Giddy country-music sweetheart Swift was mid-sentence when West, spotted earlier swigging cognac, yanked the mike from her to rant to a stunned audience. West was escorted from the building. Pop princess complains in documentary

(NEWSER) - Britney Spears thinks her post-breakdown life might be more enjoyable behind bars, the Daily Telegraph reports.
