(AP) - Weird: A Pittsburgh-area police officer is accused of breaking into a neighbor's home. Weirder: Officer Jason Rocco allegedly did so ... so he could wash his clothes. A local station reports that the home's owner noticed his electric bill was unusually high, given that he hadn't lived in the house for months.
