(NEWSER) - Bobby Brown is facing DUI charges after California cops pulled his car over just after noon Pacific time today. Police originally pulled Brown over for talking on the phone while driving, but he's currently cooling his heels in jail on suspicion of driving under the influence. TMZ isn't clear on what influence he might have been under, but Gossip Cop reports that Whitney Houston's ex blew a .12 in a field sobriety test. Singer busted for public intoxication as boyfriend charged with DUI

(NEWSER) - Anthem-flubbing Christina Aguilera has a bigger scandal on her hands now: She was arrested early this morning in West Hollywood on charges of public intoxication. Her boyfriend Matthew Rutler was also charged with driving under the influence, TMZ reports. Aguilera looked "extremely intoxicated" and was "unable to take care of herself," law enforcement sources say, but add that "If the driver had NOT been arrested for DUI, [Christina] would have never been in trouble."
