• The lowly Bills upended Denver, 30-23, as the Broncos failed to clinch a playoff berth.
• Tennessee routed the Pittsburgh Steelers 31-14 to clinch the No. 1 seed and home-field advantage for the playoffs.
• With a 42-7 loss to the New Orleans Saints, the Detroit Lions became the first team ever to go 0-15.

Cowboys' defensive back Jones will see first regular-season game since 2006

(NEWSER) - Troublemaking cornerback Adam "Pacman" Jones will be allowed to play in the Cowboys' season opener against Cleveland, the Dallas Morning News reports. Jones, traded from Tennessee this year, hasn’t played a regular-season game since Dec. 31, 2006. (NEWSER) - The Tennessee Titans finally washed their hands of suspended cornerback Adam "Pacman" Jones on Wednesday, agreeing in principle to trade him to the Dallas Cowboys. Jones had planned to ask to be reinstated before the NFL draft on April 26-27.
