Militant faction would follow Abbas-led deal if put to vote
(NEWSER) - Hamas would accept a peace deal brokered by Palestinian president Mahmoud Abbas if Palestinian voters favored the agreement, Jimmy Carter said after talks with a Hamas leader in Damascus.
