(NEWSER) - Raul Ibanez hit a two-run homer in the third inning and the Seattle Mariners beat the Chicago White Sox 6-3 today to snap a five-game losing streak. Wells drives in three runs as Toronto downs White Sox

(NEWSER) - Vernon Wells drove in three runs, Marco Scutaro homered and the Toronto Blue Jays beat the Chicago White Sox 5-2 today. Right-hander Jesse Litsch (4-1) gave up two runs and five hits in 7 1/3 innings for Toronto, which has won three straight after losing eight of nine. Wells went 3-for-5 with three singles. Toronto has lost six in a row at Rogers Centre

(NEWSER) - Edgar Renteria hit a two-run home run, Kenny Rogers won for the first time since July and Detroit beat the Blue Jays 8-4 on Friday, handing Toronto its sixth consecutive home defeat. The Blue Jays have not won at home since April 6, when they completed a three-game sweep of Boston. It's Toronto's longest home losing streak since April 2004. More»
