(NEWSER) - Joe Crede hit a run-scoring single in the ninth inning to hand Joba Chamberlain his first major league loss and give the White Sox a 7-6 win over the Yankees last night to avoid a three-game sweep. (NEWSER) - Luke Scott homered, Melvin Mora hit a tiebreaking double in the fifth inning and the Baltimore Orioles beat the Washington Nationals 5-3 Friday night for their sixth win in seven games. Left-hander Garrett Olson (3-0) struggled through five innings but remained undefeated in four starts since being recalled from Triple-A.
