(NEWSER) - Just back from holiday, Amy Winehouse has been charged with assault for allegedly punching a fan in September, the Daily Mirror reports. Winehouse, who was singing back-up for her goddaughter at a charity ball when a dancer asked for a photo, reportedly smacked her in the eye and screamed, “Life can’t go on. (NEWSER) - A London court today sentenced Boy George to 15 months in prison for imprisoning an escort he accused of theft, the Telegraph reports. The judge called the pop star’s actions “gratuitous violence” that “traumatized” 29-year-old Audun Carlsen.
