Aaron Swartz, 24, could face 35 years in prison and a million-dollar fine on federal fraud and other charges, the Boston Globe reports. Marie Joseph's body found in public pool days later

(AP) - The public swimming pool where a woman's body may have gone unnoticed by lifeguards, health inspectors, and swimmers for more than two days had an expired permit. Investigators were poring over surveillance video and conducting interviews as they tried to figure out what happened to 36-year-old Marie Joseph. The state medical examiner completed an autopsy, but the findings haven't been made public. Jones went swimming with neighborhood friends on Sunday, and her body was found in the pool Tuesday night. Tornado warning issued for some Boston suburbs

(NEWSER) - At least four people were killed and dozens more injured as tornadoes ripped through Massachusetts yesterday. A tornado in Springfield, the state's third-largest city, tore the roofs off buildings and tossed cars in the air, eyewitnesses tell the Boston Herald . Tweeted photo leads cops to perv

(NEWSER) - When a flasher started openly fondling himself on a Boston subway last week, fellow passenger Nay Khun took the issue to Twitter. Khun snapped and immediately tweeted a photo of the flasher, writing: "pervert on the 2nd car of the red line ... help me report him." Thanks in large part to Khun's photo, transit police found the man two days later and arrested him for open and gross lewdness. More»
