(NEWSER) - On the first day of Facebook's IPO roadshow yesterday, Mark Zuckerberg showed up to a meeting with potential investors wearing a hoodie—a wardrobe choice that one Wall Street analyst says is a glaring "mark of immaturity," reports Bloomberg . (NEWSER) - Swiss drug giant Roche has succeeded in its quest to own biotech firm Genentech outright, and will purchase the 44% of shares it does not already own for $95 each, the San Francisco Chronicle reports today. Markets rack up more losses despite bill's passage

Feds in emergency talks with investment banks to avert another crisis
