The site highlights a clip from a recent Lovitz podcast in which the former Saturday Night Live star takes on the president for his plan to make the rich pay more taxes. Caused 'disturbance' at California restaurant

(NEWSER) - Comedian Andy Dick has been arrested once again, this time for suspected public drunkenness, the Los Angeles Times reports. Police in southern California responded to a complaint regarding an “intoxicated male subject who was causing a disturbance" at a restaurant. Dick cooperated with police, though “he was unable to care for his own safety,” officials said. The booking follows an arrest last year after reports he groped two people, as well as another booking in 2008 for sexual battery and drug possession. More»

Incident in bar in West Virginia leads to arrest

(NEWSER) - Funnyman Andy Dick was arrested on sexual abuse charges early this morning in Huntington, West Virginia, where he was scheduled to appear this weekend at a comedy club. The 44-year-old with a history of bad-boy behavior on tour was charged with 2 felony counts, the Herald-Dispatch reports, and was being held in jail until his arraignment later today. More»
