(NEWSER) - Rough: Amanda Bynes was busted on suspicion of DUI this morning. Rougher: after allegedly sideswiping a police car. Law enforcement sources say she was attempting to pass the car at the time, and was then pulled over around 3am. TMZ reports that she's still in jail with bail set at $5,000, and notes that its own cameras saw Bynes apparently driving drunk on St. Patrick's Day. Also last month, Bynes was pulled over for talking on her phone while driving—and drove off while the cop was writing her a ticket, Gossip Cop notes. She later signed it at the police station. More»

(NEWSER) - Bobby Brown is facing DUI charges after California cops pulled his car over just after noon Pacific time today. Police originally pulled Brown over for talking on the phone while driving, but he's currently cooling his heels in jail on suspicion of driving under the influence. TMZ isn't clear on what influence he might have been under, but Gossip Cop reports that Whitney Houston's ex blew a .12 in a field sobriety test. (NEWSER) - Bad: Getting arrested on suspicion of DUI. Worse: Getting arrested on suspicion of DUI at 10:30 in the morning. That's what happened yesterday to Samantha Ronson, DJ and Lindsay Lohan ex extraordinaire. Ronson was pulled over on her way home from Las Vegas, where she DJed Sunday night, when cops spotted her speeding in her black Porsche at 10:30am. Sources tell TMZ she didn't do well on her field sobriety test, then refused to take a breathalyzer and was arrested. At the station, she allegedly was found to be over the legal limit.
