(NEWSER) - Adele's big night at the Grammy's (six wins) was sure to translate into increased sales, but the numbers came in better than anyone expected: Her album 21 went from selling 237,000 copies last week to 730,000 this week, reports Billboard . That one-week increase of 493,000, or 207%, is the biggest since Nielsen SoundScan began tracking such things in 1991.
