(NEWSER) - In what might be the mother of all jailhouse confessions, TMZ is reporting that Drew Peterson blabbed to a fellow inmate how he killed missing wife Stacy Peterson, and who his accomplice was. The inmate allegedly told cops, who tracked down the accomplice, who took them to private hunting grounds outside Peoria, where he said the body was buried in a metal drum. Family to file wrongful death action as judge cites murder findings

(NEWSER) - A judge yesterday replaced the executors for the estate of murder suspect Drew Peterson's third wife, paving the way for a wrongful death suit against the ex-cop. The judge cited recent autopsy findings saying Kathleen Savio was murdered. Her family now plans to file a wrongful death suit within weeks, their attorney told the Chicago Tribune. More»
