Baby is cyclist's fourth

(NEWSER) - Lance Armstrong is a dad for the fourth time, Us Weekly reports. Girlfriend Anna Hansen gave birth to a son in Colorado, Armstrong told fans via Twitter. "Wassup,world? My name is Max Armstrong and I just arrived. My mommy is healthy and so am I," he wrote. Armstrong, a testicular cancer survivor, has said the baby was conceived naturally. Danny Lesh fools thief after finding Craigslist ad

(NEWSER) - When Danny Lesh found his stolen bike listed for sale on Craigslist and police couldn’t help him right away, he decided to take matters into his own hands. The $600 Cannondale hybrid, which had a prominent identifying sticker on it, was listed for sale for $100 and Lesh arranged to meet with the seller-slash-thief to take the bike for a test ride. 'She's a victim, not a criminal,' says her lawyer

(NEWSER) - A 17-year-old suspected rape victim is being held in a California juvenile detention facility to ensure that she'll show up to testify against her attacker. She failed to turn up at a preliminary hearing for her suspected assailant, forcing prosecutors to refile the case. “The last thing we ever want to do is put a victim or a witness in custody, but when you have serious crimes of violence and multiple offenses, you have to balance the protection of the community,” Sacramento County assistant district attorney tells ABC News.
