'Female Force' Comic Stars Michelle Obama

(NEWSER) - Just in time for back-to-school shopping, the first family’s puppy will star in his own comic book, MTV reports. Puppy Power: Bo Obama, due out in September, will offer what the publisher calls an “insider’s look at the White House.” In the works from the same company are “Political Power” and “Female Force” titles, including books about humans such as the president, the first lady, and the secretary of state. Obama 'realized he could do more with his life,' she says

(NEWSER) - Michelle Obama capped a media blitz that included visits to Good Morning America and the View with an appearance on the Daily Show last night. The first lady, ostensibly promoting her new cookbook, didn't take the bait when Jon Stewart asked about her husband's pot-smoking high school years, which the host likened to "the script of a Cheech and Chong movie." 'Musicians have the most fun,' says first lady

(NEWSER) - Who would Michelle Obama be if she could be someone else? Beyoncé. Just one problem: The first lady can't sing. "Gosh, if I had some gift, I’d be Beyoncé. I’d be some great singer,” she reveals in an interview with People magazine set to hit newsstands today. "The power of music, being able to play an instrument ... it looks like musicians just have the most fun."
