(AP) - The world's third most-wanted Nazi suspect, who lived undisturbed for decades after World War II, has been charged in Germany with participating in the murder of 430,000 Jews while serving as a low-ranking guard at a death camp. Samuel Kunz, 88, was named the No. 3 suspect in April by the Simon Wiesenthal Center.
