I’m confident he’ll be president. But I’m also confident he’s going to have the privilege of having another secretary of the Treasury." Adviser irked that Geithner, not he, has Obama's ear

At a meeting last week with high-level financial regulators, the treasury secretary indulged in a potty-mouthed diatribe about delays in the administration's highly touted plan to overhaul the regulatory system, declaring, "enough is enough," the Wall Street Journal reports. Treasury sec reluctant to free Goldman, others from constraints

(NEWSER) - Tim Geithner is warning Wall Street that he will consider more than banks' individual financial fitness when deciding whether they can pay back bailout funds—and escape from the strings attached to them.
