Prosecutors offered her a plea deal today—reportedly for six months behind bars—on charges that she stole a necklace . The judge made clear that if she accepts, she will spend time in jail. Lohan has a few weeks to decide whether to accept or take her chances at trial, but TMZ is "almost positive" she'll eventually take the deal—and hope the judge gives her less than six months. The charges are expected to come down Monday, and they carry a possible jail sentence of 3 years. Investigators say they have video of Lohan wearing the necklace, which went missing from a Venice Beach store Jan. 22.
