"We are so thrilled that our prayers have been answered," she tells E! . The couple struggled to conceive and is using a gestational surrogate, who is carrying their genetic child; the baby is due in late summer. Marion Loretta Elwell and Tabitha Hodge Broderick were born June 22 to a surrogate mom in Ohio, and joined the couple’s 6-year-old son James Wilkie. Security is tight around the eastern Ohio hospital, with additional guards brought in to handle the media.
