Judge Gives Jacko's Mom Temporary Custody of Kids

(Newser) – A Los Angeles judge today gave Michael Jackson’s mother, Katherine, temporary custody of the late singer’s three children, the AP reports. Katherine Jackson was not, however, given guardianship of the children’s estate. A hearing is scheduled Aug. 3 to determine permanent arrangements.... Read full story »

(NEWSER) - The custody battle between Katherine Jackson and Debbie Rowe is over, sources tell CBS News. The Jackson matriarch has been awarded full custody of Michael Jackson’s three children, and Rowe will have visitation rights—but receive no money. “It’s an agreement for the best interests of the children.
