'I told the truth,' Murray says in YouTube post

(NEWSER) - Dr. Conrad Murray posted a YouTube message today thanking friends and patients for support through the trial-by-media that has all but convicted him of complicity in Michael Jackson’s death, the Los Angeles Times reports.
