Cops think he hit store that caught him shoplifting

(AP) - New York detectives questioned a man today about the firebombing of an Islamic cultural center and three other sites, attacks they said might turn out to be hate crimes. Dozens injured as people jump through fifth-floor window to escape

(AP) - A bank cashier fired for stealing money threw a gasoline bomb inside the bank today in northwestern China, injuring dozens of people, some of whom jumped from a fifth-story window to escape, the local government said. (NEWSER) - Two men busted in a New York City terror raid plotted to bomb a Jewish synagogue and possibly the Empire State Building, officials have revealed. Ahmed Ferhani, 26, and Mohamed Mamdouh, 20, were upset that Muslims were being "treated like dogs" and purchased a hand grenade and guns from an undercover investigator, according to officials.
