Gov will return to 140-character musings for book tour

(NEWSER) - Currently unemployed politician Sarah Palin will return to her prolific tweeting career for her upcoming book tour, reports the AP . The erstwhile governor quit both her post and Twitter feed simultaneously earlier this year, but announced on Facebook last night that she'll again provide devoted and scornful followers alike with her 140-character musings from the tour, which begins Nov. 18. The TLC star retweeted a conservative lesbian blogger's tweet about "homos" last night—and it's a line that backs dropping the policy and allowing gays to serve openly in the military. While commenting on DADT, Tammy Bruce tweeted that " the more someone complains about the homos , the more we should look under their bed," implying the complainers may be gay themselves. Twitter tries and fails to take down another celebrity

(NEWSER) - Bill Cosby is not dead, despite what you might have read on the Internet this afternoon. In fact, the 73-year-old comedy legend is alive, well, and making up words on Twitter, reports WPIX . Using a term he created after a similar false alarm in February, he tweeted today, "Again, I'm rebutalling rumors about my demise." He added , "Emotional friends have called about this misinformation. To the people behind the foolishness, I’m not sure you see how upsetting this is."
