Prosecution of Conrad Murray will rest on 'theory of gross negligence'

(NEWSER) - California prosecutors will charge Conrad Murray with involuntary manslaughter for his role in the death of Michael Jackson. Prosecutors plan to argue that Murray was grossly negligent in prescribing a sleep aid to the pop singer.
