Alexander McQueen creates a stir with his towering shoes
(NEWSER) - Alexander McQueen’s collection, inspired by Charles Darwin’s Origin of the Species, had quite a few avant garde elements when it was unveiled last night in Paris—think shaved eyebrows, gills painted on temples, and devil-horn-shaped hair—but the shoes took the cake.
