(NEWSER) - At least she didn't sideswipe a cop car this time. But according to police, Amanda Bynes grazed a pick-up truck with her Range Rover in LA yesterday and kept on driving, People reports. The other driver's 911 call prompted a police response—to the tune of six police cars and an LAPD police helicopter. The cops stopped Bynes but filed no charges, saying the damage "was so minor that it was very plausible she had no idea that she hit anyone." (NEWSER) - Blade Runner vamp Sean Young was busted outside a post-Oscars party after she slapped a security guard when she was told to leave, according to officials. Now she's demanding an apology, reports TMZ . "She was trying to get into the party and couldn't," a Hollywood police commander tells AP . But the 52-year-old actress—who starred in Ace Ventura: Pet Detective, No Way Out, Wall Street, and most recently, Celebrity Rehab—says the guards were overzealous, and she wasn't doing anything wrong. (NEWSER) - Bad boy Sean Penn is at it again. The eternally angry actor is blasting celebrity as an "obscene disease." "I don't think it's an overstatement to say that it's an obscene disease of celebrity that's taken over far too much of the life we live. I think it's a disease that's diminished the quality of life," Penn told the Huffington Post in an interview plugging his latest movie. "It's clearly something that I've been compromised by.
