Firefighters arrived to douse the flames after someone called in the fire around 9am, and found the family inside. Mom found children unresponsive after visit with father

Police believe the father strangled the girl, 4, and 2-year-old boy, reports the Telegraph. They were discovered by their mom, who arrived to collect the children after a visit with their father.
