(NEWSER) - Ben Roethlisberger will not be criminally charged in an alleged sexual assault last month in Milledgeville, Ga., the local district attorney said today. A 20-year-old college student accused the Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback of assaulting her in a nightclub bathroom March 5. This doesn't mean Roethlisberger is off the hook, the Post-Gazette reports: He could still face a civil suit similar to the one pending against him in Nevada following a 2008 incident, and the NFL has not yet acted. (NEWSER) - Craigslist is at the center of another horrifying sexual assault, this time the rape of a Wyoming woman—allegedly solicited by her disgruntled ex-boyfriend. The soon-to-be ex-Marine allegedly posed as his ex-girlfriend and solicited “a real aggressive man with no concern for women” to break into her home and engage in a rape fantasy.
