(NEWSER) - Dehydrated from food poisoning, rock star Steve Tyler whacked his face hard in a shower in Paraguay today and knocked out several teeth, reports TMZ . After Tyler's release from a hospital, his manager described the injuries as "minor" and said tonight's canceled Aerosmith concert was rescheduled for tomorrow.
