(NEWSER) - It’s hard to believe that until recently, we were forced to get our news of celebrity stupidity secondhand: Thanks to Twitter’s booming popularity, now it comes straight from the horse’s mouth. The Frisky selects the top 10 celebrity Twitter feuds of 2009:

• Ashton Kutcher vs. CNN: When Kutcher bet he could reach a million followers first, Larry King predicted, “CNN will bury you.” It didn’t.

(NEWSER) - You know it's really over when a breakup affects a Twitter handle. So to make it officially over and done with, Demi Moore is no longer @mrskutcher, and is now @justdemi on Twitter. Though Demi and Ashton Kutcher announced the end of their marriage last year, Moore has been agonizing about her Twitter handle. She asked her 5 million followers for change suggestions, and discovered that many possibilities had already been claimed by others. (An imposter has already snatched Demi's old @mrskutcher moniker, but don't be fooled, warns MTV .) It was "so hard finding a name that was fun somewhat playful and available," she tweeted. Moore looks good at first event since rehab: NYP

(NEWSER) - Demi Moore stepped out last night for the first time since her rehab stint, supporting best friend Amanda de Cadenet at the launch of her show, which Moore is producing, TMZ reports. Moore, who hadn't surfaced since being hospitalized after a party back in January, was looking good, the New York Post notes. No longer "sullen and gaunt," she has put some weight back on and "appeared to glow" with "round cheeks and a dewy complexion," the paper decrees. More»

Both had stopped tweeting after announcing their split last week, but returned yesterday with holiday messages for their fans.
