Lately CNN and the St. Louis Post-Dispatch have repeated racist statements that appear to be "completely made up," Silver writes. Limbaugh 'should sue' NBC, CNN for '1984 attack'

(NEWSER) - "Thought police" in the media who have unfairly skewered Rush Limbaugh as a racist spoiled his bid to become an owner of the Rams, charged right-wing media maven Bill O'Reilly. Now that he's been dumped from the buyers' group after the controversy over his participation, Limbaugh should sue media outlets like NBC and CNN, which helped screw the deal, said O'Reilly. Talk show host has repeatedly bashed players and culture of football league

(NEWSER) - Al Sharpton has urged the NFL to block Rush Limbaugh's purchase of the St. Louis Rams, calling him “anti-NFL.” Sharpton was particularly disturbed, Politico reports, by a “recent statement that the NFL was beginning to look like a fight between the Crips and the Bloods without the weapons.” Really?
