(NEWSER) - File under excessive force: Indiana police used a Taser to restrain an unruly 10-year-old boy. The two officers were called to a day care center, where the boy was hitting and kicking staff. One officer "smacked the juvenile in the mouth" and the other used the stun gun on him when he lunged at a caretaker, say the cops.
