Alcohol was present, but cause of death still unclear

(NEWSER) - There was alcohol in Amy Winehouse’s system when she died, but toxicology tests turned up no illegal substances, her family says. No word yet whether the alcohol played a role in her death, and it's still not clear what killed her, the AP reports. In other Winehouse news, dad Mitch had to return donations to fans who wanted to contribute to the posthumous Amy Winehouse Foundation. A “dick head ... stole our foundation name" before Mitch registered it, he tweeted over the weekend. The Guardian notes that he decided to return the donations since, as he tweeted , “we haven’t got bank ac in that name.” (His latest tweet, however, indicates that he was able to get the name back.) (NEWSER) - Any of you hoping Bristol Palin would quickly emerge as a Dancing With the Stars frontrunner were likely disappointed while watching last night’s premiere. Palin managed not to come in last, however, landing herself in the middle with a score of 18. David Hasselhoff , Mike “ The Situation ” Sorrentino, and Margaret Cho claimed the last-place spots with scores of 15, the AP reports, while Jennifer Grey of Dirty Dancing fame came in first with 24. Winehouse was hospitalized for leaking breasts, Mitch says

(NEWSER) - Just as she feared they would, Amy Winehouse’s new and improved boobs went and ruptured on her, sending the troubled singer to the hospital. Oversharey dad Mitch explained, on his Living TV show, his daughter was not hospitalized for a cold as had been reported. “She’s fine, she just had a little leaky something or other,” he said, pointing to his chest.
