Elmo and human pal Gordon have taped PSAs that instruct children to be sure to wash their hands and sneeze into their arms during flu season. Other big winners included Rachael Ray for Outstanding Entertainment Talk Show and Tyra Banks for Outstanding Informative Talk Show, while The Bold and the Beautiful broke a 22-year drought with a win for Outstanding Drama Series.
