Annoyed by crying, Ga. shopper pledged to 'shut her up for you'
(NEWSER) - A Georgia man is being held on charges of felony cruelty to children after he slapped a stranger’s crying child in Wal-Mart, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.
