Javaris Crittenton hit with 1 year probation for gun possession
(NEWSER) - The dispute that started with gambling on a Washington Wizards team flight and spilled over into a locker room confrontation claimed its second victim today, when Javaris Crittenton pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor gun possession charge. Gilbert Arenas, who pleaded guilty to a felony and has been indefinitely suspended from the NBA, awaits sentencing in March. Under a plea bargain, Crittenton was sentenced to 1 year of unsupervised probation, fined $1,250, and ordered to perform community service, the Washington Post reports. More»
