(NEWSER) - Nicole Polizzi, aka Snooki, was arrested this afternoon and charged with disorderly conduct, TMZ reports . The Jersey Shore star ran afoul of the law in Seaside Heights, NJ, where the MTV show was filming. She had been seen at the beach earlier in the day drinking Coke out of a beer bong. A source tells People , "She didn’t hurt anyone or get in a fight. She just needs to be in a drunk tank for two hours." More»

Outrageous, complains Sarah Palin, who slammed the president on Twitter for failing to "offer help to those risking life to secure us" at the "porous" border.
