      Sutherland Sentenced to 48 Days on DUI Charge

      (Newser) - Actor Kiefer Sutherland was sentenced yesterday to 48 days in jail after pleading no contest to a misdemeanor DUI charge. The Emmy Award-winning actor will begin serving his time in December during the winter production break for his hit TV show 24 . He'll serve 30 days for the charge and an additional 18 for violating parole on an earlier bust for a similar violation. More »
