Ben Gordon and Luol Deng each scored 23 points for the Bulls, with most of their damage coming in the third quarter, outscoring the Cavs, 34-16, reports the AP.

LeBron James, who has said his favorite time of game is the fourth quarter, converted a layup with 3:04 remaining in the fourth today, breaking a tie game and putting the Cavaliers ahead to stay in a 95-86 victory over Chicago. Kidd came two assists and a rebound shy of a triple-double as the Mavericks topped the Bulls, 102-94; he notched an assist on Dallas's first offensive possession, to the crowd's loud delight. The Florida Marlins are currently holding tryouts for new male cheerleaders—the chubbier, the better. The Chicago Bulls got 37 points from Ben Gordon, scored at least 30 points in each quarter, and still had to hold on for a 135-121 win over the Denver Nuggets tonight, reports the Associated Press. Chicago led by 23 midway into the third quarter, but Denver went on a run and cut the lead to 108-102 four minutes into the fourth quarter.
