(Newser) - The National Enquirer takes another swing at Sarah Palin's colorful family again this week—this time wielding not unnamed sources but Alaskan court documents. It seems that her brother-in-law James had a drunk-driving hit-and-run arrest in 1989, when he was 20. According to records, he hit a woman, breaking her pelvis, got out of his vehicle and moved her out of the way, and then drove away from the scene. He was fined $50. More »
